The RGCH Golf app is published by the Royal Golf Club du Hainaut (Belgium) for its members and guests. It is used to run the club's competitions: registrations, scorecards, live leaderboards and results. This page describes what data is processed and your rights.
Data we collect
- Identity: first name, last name, email address — to create and link your member account.
- Golf data: handicap index, scores, competition entries — this is the very purpose of the app.
- Location (optional): only during an active round, and only if you allow it, to show your group's position on the course. Location is never collected in the background outside a competition and is only visible to the organisers.
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft (optional): only your email address is read, to match it against an existing member account. No account is ever created this way.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no trackers, no third-party analytics.
- No sale or transfer of data to third parties.
- No profiling: data is used solely to run the club's competitions.
Hosting and retention
Data is hosted in the European Union (OVH, France). It is kept for as long as you are a member of the club; sporting results may be kept as part of the club's archives.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, as well as full deletion of your account, by writing to info@adwebsys.be. Account deletion is carried out within 30 days.
